Refund & Return Policy

At Haha-Tees, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:


1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


3. Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at hello@haha-tees.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back at your own cost.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or design, please place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
